Job description:
- Pick up Delivery Order (D/O)
- Supervise the process of loading/discharging cargo at warehouse.
- Forward cargo at port, measure cargo, release information, documentation for Operation department to complete the docs; contact airline for MAWB; surrender docs
- Process Customs Procedure at seaport, airport if requested
- Solving problems incurred at seaport, airport, customs department, shipping sealines/airline, forwarder companies, … if requested.
- Follow the task which is assigned by a Leader
Requirements:
- Graduated from college/university with relevant majors (Economic, Import-Export…)
- 1 year of experience in this logistics industry
- Passion for work, can work under pressure
- Flexible, careful
- Working time: 08h-17h (T2-T6) & 08h-12h (T7)

Job description:
- Looking for business customers in the field of international freight by sea, air, multimodal transport and logistics services.
- Searching for new business opportunities, exploiting more markets in the field of international freight business and other supply chains of services such as rail, road and waterway transport; organize the service of consolidating retail and transit goods; business organization of parking rental services and associated services
- Negotiate with customers, partners on rates and terms of service contracts
- Manage and track customer debt by month.

Job requirements
- 1 year experience in Sales Logistics position- Good ability to learn and communicate
- Graduated in Import-Export, Foreign Trade, Foreign Economic Relations; Economics, Marketing

Job description
- Prepare import and export customs declaration documents.
- Classify appropriate HS code for customs clearance of goods.
- Operate on the Ecuss5 / Vnaccs system to enter data.
- Prepare relevant documents to apply for C/O, Phyto, Certificate of Quality.
- Follow the task which is assigned by a Leader
Job requirements:
- Education: College/ Bachelor degree; major in Sea Transportation, Export- Import, International Business, Foreign Trade, International Business,…
- Experiences: 1 year working experience in a similar position in a shipping company or Freight Forwarder.
- Can work on customs declaration software, and know how to declare import and export types
- Knowledge of transmitting business declarations and export processing
- Knowledge on how to create C/O form AANZ, B, A, CPTPP
- Knowledge of basic operations on the national 1-door system (registration for quarantine of imported goods, hygiene and safety of imported goods…)
- Work comfortable under pressure
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, agile and careful.
- Work time: 08:00-17:00 (Mon – Fri) & 08:00-12:00 (Sat)
